After building the Hitand Miss engines I thought I would have a go building a 4 Stroke engine. The main castings are Aluminium, Flywheels and Cylinder liner are cast Iron

The crankshaft is built up and silver soldered, Inlet and exhaust valves are in bronze valve pockets, the exhaust valve is not shown in a pocket on the drawing but is shown seated directly onto the aluminium head, in my view not good

The Wyvern Gas Engine

Ignition for this engine will be
Electronic Hall Sensor I will be using Minimag System

I have not had the engine running yet, but will update
this page when the engine is set up and running.
